If the selected domain, which you have specified with your ordered Exchange package, is not in our administration, you have to adjust the DNS settings of the domain as follows, in order to be able to use an e-mail reception and the autodiscover function:
MX Priority: 10 to mail-gateway.ip-projects.de.
_autodiscover._tcp SRV to 0 443 autodiscover.ipp-exchange.de.
Once this is done, all mails to the domain will be sent to our Hosted Exchange Cluster via our mail gateway. Unfortunately, setting up individual domains is not possible with Hosted Exchange. Please note that all mail addresses for this domain must then be handled via the Hosted Exchange accordingly.
Please also note that it can take up to 24 hours until the DNS entries become active. You can resolve a certificate warning by installing the certificate in your certificate store. The certificate warning may occur because the Exchange server is not certified on your domain name.
