Shortly before the expiration date, the certificate must always be extended manually.
How do I extend my paid SSL certificate?
You will receive an information e-mail from us one month before your SSL certificate expires. All we need is a short reply from you stating that you would like to extend the SSL certificate. Then we will extend the certificate for another year for you.
If you have booked a web hosting package or a managed server with us, we will automatically install the new SSL certificate for you.
