When will the vServer be activated?
The vServer will be activated within 24 hours after receipt of order.

Do I also get administrative rights with a managed vServer?

Basically you get full access rights to the administration of the system for the server you have rented. Our team will only support you with the administration and installation of the vServer's own software.

Is there a user administration with the vServer web interface?

Unfortunately, the vServer web interface does not currently offer a function to create additional users for a vServer.

How many customers are operated per host system?

Between 20 - 25 vServer customers are operated per host system, depending on the vServer specifications.

Are there any restrictions on the use of the vServers (port blocks)?

Basically, we do not impose any restrictions or limitations on our vServer customers. You can use any port and what you run on the vServer itself is up to you. However, you should be careful not to violate applicable law. In this case we reserve the right to temporarily block the service according to the terms and conditions.

Will the connection be throttled if I use too much traffic?

The connection will not be throttled. You can use the full capacity of 100 Mbit/s.

Is it possible to define a maximum traffic limit?

A maximum traffic limit, at which e.g. the server shuts down, cannot be provided at the moment from a technical point of view.

How much do additional IP addresses cost?

Each additional IPv4 address we charge monthly with 2 € / gross. The frame of 5 to 10 additional IPv4 addresses should not be exceeded. For additional IP addresses it is recommended to rent your own root server, because we do not provide this amount of IP on vServers.

On which software are the vServers operated?

Our vServers are operated with the software Xen. Here, as with OpenVZ and KVM, there is a comparable scope of administration and functions.
