Change of name

When a new account is necessary

Various actions lead to the fact that the customer's contract partner changes and requires a new customer account.
Some cases are:

  • In case of a change of the company name
  • In case of a change of the legal form
  • In case of a change from a private account to a business account
In case of doubt, our customer service is at your disposal.

Change general data

You can change general data, for example your telephone number or address, on your own at https://portal.ip-projects.de.
To do this, simply switch to the General Data tab and change the data as desired.
Then confirm the change with save.

Create new account

If a new or second account is required, simply register at https://ip-projects.de/en/register/.
Afterwards, please log out of your old account at the customer portal and tell us to which customer number as well as which products should be transferred. We will then confirm the process and from the next billing, the data will be changed.
