rDNS Entries (vServer G2)

Setting rDNS entries for vServer G2 systems is done via the Server Panel at https://server.ip-projects.de.

You have two ways to configure rDNS entries:

1. Through the “vServer” section:

Log in to the Server Panel with your account and navigate to the vServer section.
In the overview, you will see all your vServer G2 systems. Select the desired server and click the network card icon on the right-hand side.
Under the IPv4 or IPv6 tab, you can then create or edit the desired rDNS entry.

2. Through the “Network → DNS” section:

Alternatively, after logging in, navigate to Network → DNS.
There you will find the subcategories RDNS IPv4 PTR and RDNS IPv6 PTR, where you can also manage and create your reverse DNS entries.
